Register in Person

You can register by visiting one of the following locations at least one month before an election. You can obtain a voter registration form at the Putnam County Voter Registration Office, 2nd Floor, Courthouse or from the BMV, 1010 Mill Pond Lane, Greencastle. Registration is also available through any public assistance office (such as the Division of Family and Children).
